“Always fair prices, friendly, and helpful, only had an issue once with a phone(bout 2 years ago) came in box like new and after having it a month or so it locked up and couldn’t use, just kept showing message saying phone had been reported stolen??♀️…I took it back and they made sure I had another phone that day. Any time I need something fixed or a phone upgrade I go here. I drive from Ashland just bc I know that they will treat me right and not try to rip you or make a fortune off you.”

Staff was knowledgeable and most of all friendly respectful and polite. Things that customer service lacks these days.
