Not a 24 hour pharmacy. Watched 5 people not be able to go in and get prescriptions while they closed.

Called about my prescription an told them I'd be down to get it shortly , got there ( and as usual) it wasn't ready an I waited 15 to 20 min for it to be filled . I don't understand why I call an ask 4 it to be filled if they ain't gone to fill it before I get there . Sometimes people are in a hurry an just want to get in an get out but with this pharmacy they don't allow that.

I love Marshall Pharmacy!Quick efficient service.Madison Ray with the Patient prescription Assistance program has been so helpful and professional.She literally changed my senior parent’s life!After receiving help with paying for their numerous medications it relived the financial strain they were experiencing that caused such stress on them. Now every month they don’t have to struggle meeting their needs so much.Not only is Madison a financial life saver, she is kind and patient with the phone calls my Dad makes, to have questions answered he has with their medications.Thank you Marshall Pharmacy and a special Thank you to Madison Ray!

It took me 25 minutes to get to the pharmacy. Cashier Gabrielle M told me to give them 10-15 minutes. I went back to my car to wait so I wouldn’t leave my sick son alone too long. I gave them 20 minutes. Gabrielle said it still wasn’t ready. Okay, I asked how long? She went over to the pharmacist and was laughing while asking how long. Then walked back over with the medication. Then asked me if I wanted it bubble gum flavored? I said yes that’s fine. Got home and gave the antibiotics to my five year old son and he said it was nasty. I tasted it and it’s awful. I’m very disappointed. Very unprofessional. Gabrielle M you should be ashamed of yourself.

The worst pharmacy I have ever utilized. Long lines. Meds are never ready on time, requiring MUTIPLE visits, and many occasions have resulted in the wrong dosage of the correct medication being filled.

Don’t use this pharmacy. Atrocious and rude customer service. Staff is very rude and hateful, they constantly make up excuses why your meds can’t be filled.

This is the worst pharmacy I've been too. Staff is rude, don't have meds that I need. I'll never go back. I wonder if the patients get there meds.

Ordered my drugs on wed. On Fri they had not arrived, so I called. Last time someone , not ups dropped them at my door. So now there saying they will go out Monday. Another 3 days away. Oh but you should have enough to last you till then. That's not the point. They also do not do curbside service or drive thru which makes it incredibly hard on people on oxygen.

Extremely Slow, my son was discharged two hours ago, and we are still stuck waiting in his room for meds to be delivered. He’s almost 2 years old, and not happy. It defeats the purpose of meds to bed, if they never show up in a timely manner. I’m refusing this service next time.

Takes forever to fill a script and costs more than other local pharmacies for the same medication

Super slow. Every time I go there I wait at least an hour. They have misplaced my medications multiple times while filling. They just set it down in random places then walk away. I go and ask about my script and they find it laying on a counter somewhere already finished. If I could give 0 out of 5 I would.
