My first time ever needing a bus a d I didn't know the fee and I was walking aline at night on side of road from work without a penny to my name and I flagged the driver down to see if he could take me to where I was going a d I would get the money from my aunt who would have paid it but he told me no he couldn't do it . This driver was so rude and could care less if anything would have happened to me walking alone. He was concerned about me not having the 1 dollar

The ONLY reason they're still in business is because there is no competition and the city is so spread out. Their drivers are rude for no reason. They don't take anything other than cash. And the busses are guaranteed to be late.

We have missed buses because the schedules were mixed up and the guy who answers the phone at the office gives us wrong times. It's one thing to happen once but more than that is uncalled for!

The TTA went out of its way today to make sure we got to our destinations. Thank you Kurt for picking us up so that we could meet our connecting buses. People don’t know just how important TTA is to this town. I thank you.

I wanted to take the bus instead of Uber due to cost, but they are NEVER on time. 5 times I've tried to take the bus to work, FIVE TIMES I I've been late! Worst service ever. EVER.

To not get me a 2nd time in a row for an important doctor's visit after knowing I missed my first appointment and had to reschedule for Today because of them is ridiculous and unbelievable. Incompetent isn't a strong enough word. I called them last night, this morning and 6 times today but they STILL don't get me to my appointment. I'm not new they picked me up several times in the past at my same address. Stood outside over an hour with my phone in hand. They say driver was here and left WRONG!!! No call where are you at no van, nothing & this is the 2nd time!

It’s a joke that they can force you to wear only what they find acceptable as a face covering an then pick and choose who the enforce it upon I myself have no problem wearing a face covering that’s allowed an recommended by government an cdc guidelines specifically a gater last time I remember people being forced to wear the same exact thing was in a concentration camp an I make my argument only after research and being singled out of multiple people

Don't know why they have a schedule, been riding the barboursville route for a month and the driver has yet to be on time. Lousy service.

Today made 5 times that the bus has driven right past me and not stopped. I was waiting at the correct spot, was even waving my arms in the air and whistling! What do you have to do to get a ride on the bus? #6 route Madison Ave.
