Did not secure the bolts on the compressor for my AC they replaced. Three were loose and one had come off and gotten lost under the hood causing a horrible noise while driving.
In a separate incident, the said they "forgot to hookup the power source" for the the compressor for the AC in my sister's car.

Very quick service, although the attitude and experience is not very pleasant at all, they are rude. Both times my husband and I have been there, it's just been some kind of miscommunication. Well i know what the employee tells me. Prices and deals are reasonable although an employee says one thing then you'll have the owner come and tell you something totally different. Could be an even better establishment if the owner would tighten up on his and his employees overall attitude towards their customer service. Nobody likes a smart alec! Overall they have done good work on both of our vehicles. They have decent prices, and quick service. My problem is with their customer service quality....it's like they just have no regard for their customers and for a business standpoint that's not very smart.
