By far the best mattress I've ever slept on. I've had mine for 7+ years ( it's double sided) and I've yet to flip it because it still has so much comfort and support. The owners are so nice and make sure you get exactly what you need.

This is the worst mattress I've ever had. We bought the top of the line, $1,700 King Size mattress, and after 1 year, it was broken down and dipping to the point that it was unable to be slept on. The local furniture store that we purchased it from replaced the mattress, but after another year, the second mattress was broken down to the same point. At this point we contacted this company directly to simply tell them the situation with their mattresses, and they were very rude. We weren't even asking for a replacement, as we are tired of hauling this heavy mattress in and out of the house for replacements and installs, and will be purchasing another mattress from a different company. We were just calling to tell them that the mattresses we purchased only lasted about 18 months each. They tried to imply that it must have been our fault, that we must have had set it up incorrectly, and that we would have to jump through a lot of red-tape to ever be considered for any type of help. The furniture store owner had set up the bed himself with all appropriate supports, and he was also the one who replaced the first mattress with another one. I would NEVER buy another mattress from this company, its "warranty" is supposed to be 10 years, but the mattress lasts less than 2 years. The company was very rude to us on the phone. It is overpriced for what it is and does not last.

This review is for the king size Imperial innovations bamboo, single sided, firm pillow top mattress. I have been sleeping on this mattress for two years and it is approximately five years old. Let me just say that this is one of the best mattresses I have ever slept on, there are no signs of sagging or depressions and because I travel, I have been rotating between it and a firm non-pillow top Serta, therefore I have to adjust to each mattress every couple of weeks. Recently the Serta has been giving me the worst nights sleep I have had in many years. I am looking for another Imperial mattress and furniture company product that is the same as the bamboo model I currently have. I am giving this review only four stars because I would appreciate if the company had a list of dealers so I could find out where to buy another one. Thank you for making a quality product.

The daughter of Mr Rowe will probley ruin his business they don't stand behind there product I purchased a mattress from them via Mack and Daves hardest mattress ever I tried to ask for a softer mattress or a new top and the daughter just a hateful person hope the better business bureau can help if not I can't sleep on it
