We went to H\\u0026R block as a walk in. We were told that we didn't have enough time to finish our taxes that day and to come back the next day to finalize everything. We did that and waited an hour while no one was explaining to us why or what we were waiting on. Then the worker we worked with the day before showed up with our paperwork from her home. This was something we were not aware of and were not told. We did not feel comfortable that had happened so we decided to go somewhere else.

A complete waste of your money. TurboTax is free, mostly or really cheap compared to $300 for nothing. Do not waste your money. Do it yourself.

Kathy Jefferson was awesome. She always e-mails us reminders to get our taxes done and is very knowledgeable when it comes to being retired from CSX Railroad. Our taxes were prepared by someone else and because they didn't know how the railroad system works, our taxes were all messed up. It took us a while to get everything straightened up with IRS but Kathy handled everything for us and hung in there with us all the way. She's truly an asset to your company.

Had my taxes prepared by H&R block the last ten years, this time was different 3 weeks after I filed my taxes I noticed I never got the usual text confirmation saying my returns had been accepted so I called the next 3 days until finally the person that filed my taxes was working and they told me there was a glitch with my return and they were waiting on tech support to get back with them....for three weeks? No call no text no email no notification whatsoever letting me know there was an issue with my return after multiple conversations with the office and with corporate on top of taking off of work twice for a face to face the only answers i could get is its in tech supports hands. Won't be back lost my business for good.
