Kip and his wife were great. He fixed 2 dings, 1 in the body line of a panel and the other in a tough, rear quarter panel position. The results are great. Could never tell there had been a dent there previously. Highly recommend!!!Service: Body & Trim

I am very happy with the work of Kip Noe, and if you’re in the Huntington, Ashland, Ironton (WV/KY/OH Tri-State area) and end up with hail damage or door dings on your vehicle, you’d do yourself and your wallet a favor to check with Hail Pro.Hail Pro was a recommendation that I received from a trustworthy body shop in Huntington, WV. A gust of wind sent an open car door in the next parking spot over into our’s and we were left with two noticeable indentations, a slight crease connecting the two, and scuffed (but not scratched) paint.So after a call to Kip, I texted him a few pictures of the damage. It’s sometimes difficult to capture the damage correctly with light, reflections, dirt, etc., but Kip had us scheduled and fixed within 2 days.He works out of his garage, I was able to watch him fix the damage (pretty neat process, actually!) and had a nice conversation along the way. In our situation, Kip was able to preserve the original paint and to my eyes, it’s like the dents were never there. It obviously varies based on the amount of damage, but the process for us took a little less than an hour (much preferred to being without your car for a while through typical body shops). The price to fix the damage was very reasonable for the skill and detail involved, and on a personal level, I just found him to be a kind and trustworthy guy.I didn’t know I really needed a “dent guy,” but I’m glad I’ve got one now. If you find yourself in a similar situation in the Tri-State area with hail damage, shopping cart or door dings, etc., give Hail Pro a call and see if he can help you out. He really seems to know how to treat people and his experience shows in his work.Service: Body & Trim

Had a paintless dent repair done on a 2020 Nissan Frontier. Repair was done quickly and you cannot find any indication there was ever a dent, with crease on the door. Highly recommend this business.Service: Body & Trim

Hailpro was incredible to work with. I will say, with the unique position of the dent and crease on my tailgate I had my doubts as to how clean the repair would be… To say my tailgate looks perfect would be an understatement. Every dent and blemish was removed flawlessly. Highly recommend!

Top notch service. Done an excellent job on my wife's car. Had a couple dents in the front fender where something on the interstate flew up and hit the car. Removed the dents and saved me of having it put in the body shop. It was a 2019 lexus with 10000 miles. Was so happy we didn't have to have body work done.
