An absolute nightmare of an experience. I had a 1:30 PM appointment and I left at 4 PM for a simple oil change. Elderly gentleman working at the front desk is not friendly at all. He should not be the one taking care of guests. They attempted to charge me additional fees that were not originally quoted and then they went and put the wrong mileage on my oil change sticker.

This review is from the experience of a white man and a black woman who happen to be husband and wife who visited this location, one day apart. Parts needed to be delivered to this location, and I, a white male, and Air Force veteran delivered some parts to a gentleman at the counter. I advised that a signature was required. He gladly took my phone and signed. A very pleasant experience. Fast forward one day and my wife receives an order for parts to be delivered to this location. I am driving her by the way. She is a black woman who happens to be a decorated retired law enforcement officer and a college graduate. The same man who was nice to me is at the counter. My wife asks for a signature and he rudely tells her that “we don’t touch peoples phones” and told my wife to sign herself using “a small cursive letter a”.
My wife, a tough retired cop came out almost in tears. I had already explained that they would need a signature. I had told her how easily I completed my order the day before.
Your employee was being racist plain and simple. I hope you see the other reviews on this site. I hope someone at the corporate level sees this. Your company is a world class company and this employee does not represent your values. African Americans need to be aware of this when visiting this location.

Very very poor customer service. I had an appointment in the morning just to be told upon arrival that it would be 4 hours because they book 5 appointment for the same time slot and that they always do that. After waiting 3 hours with no service except to be told my appointment time is null & void goes against company policy and honestly is false advertising. Also their is nothing on the web site about the fact that even if you have a scheduled appointment that anyone and everyone is before you because the came in as a "walk in" that your service doesn't mean anything so I guess they really should lose the appointment system seeing as there is no need to make an appointment because they are not going to be upheld to their own standards. It's terrible and they have bad attitudes and they should be ashamed of themselves for even portraying to be anything but a trash company.

Use to be a good place with friendly and helpful staff. Now they overcharge and are cold. They are not clear on what they charge and will add services to overcharge you for something you don’t need. Add this to lackluster service, you have no reason to go.

Had to get my tire fixed, and Dennis got me in quick! He was super friendly and explained everything they were gonna do. I will definitely be coming back to see him again!

Good and thorough service. Took vehicle in for lifetime tire rotation and wheel balance. Technician used torque wrench to properly
re-install lug nuts. Very impressed.
Only downside is the "up-sell" pitch, and subtle arrogance upon declination.

Absolutely trash service, doesn’t even deserve 1 star but I digress. From the moment I walked in the door the older man working the counter was extremely rude and condescending, huffing and puffing and mumbling rude comments under his breath like “this is so stupid” but was super nice and friendly to a male patron in the store, even joking with him, but would hardly acknowledge me unless he absolutely HAD no other choice, almost hit me in the face with the door coming back in because I was literally right behind him, complained about my appointment time and also my parking (I was told just park it out front and they would take the car into the bay themselves) quoted me $400 to deal with the front 2 brakes and then once they FINALLY took it back, the gentleman, Dennis, came up to me out front and then said that it would be $1,100! I said no thank you I will have to take it elsewhere, and when I went back inside to get my keys and paperwork I was told I needed to pay an $80 consult fee (which ended up being $91) after my own experience and then coming to google to check the reviews, which I should have read FIRST, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a shop. Would not EVER recommend this place to another living soul.

Slow and expensive. $239 for state inspection, plug 2 tires, and replace 2 bulbs (not even head lights) took 2 hours 45 minutes. Would not recommend. Only saving grace was the employee out front.

Quick, efficient, professional, and very kind. Went in for a state inspection and it went incredibly well. Dennis was also incredibly helpful when taking my information in preparation for the inspection, and was kind enough to joke around with me after I kept grabbing things they were suppose to keep for the inspection. Thankful they had coffee and water so I could wake up!Will be a returning customer, for both inspections and anything else that may happen to my vehicle.

The only problem I had is I had an appointment scheduled on a Wednesday at 7:30. After I arrived I was informed the tires I ordered were not in so I had to reschedule for Saturday. I had about a hour drive in so that was a little frustrating. I felt the shop should have called me Tuesday evening and informed me of that. However, I know the phone rings both ways and I should have called them to confirm but I did not. Once I arrived Saturday I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment. Upon checking in I was told I still had a 3-hour wait since I was waiting for my vehicle. It was understandable because I was also informed they only had one technician working. It was the holiday season so that is totally understandable. I had tires installed an oil change. I always send my oil off to get it sampled. They were happy to help fill my oil sample bottle for me which was very nice. When I was leaving I saw the technician in the parking lot and I talked to the fella. He was a really nice guy and seemed knowledgeable. Which was a relief because I am very picky when it comes to somebody working on my vehicles because I usually do it myself. I had no complaints with the work I received. I will gladly come back in the future. Thank you for your professional service.

After experiencing a tire issue caused by me, I needed a quick resolution in order to drive a couple hours to keep another commitment. Dennis worked with his manager, Team, and my rental company to help me keep my original plans intact.
