Prices have become just stupid. Staff is friendly but all the good items get sent to a distribution center for online sales. Sexist practices too of marking women's clothes higher than men's.

Dear Goodwill, if I spend enough money to need a shopping cart what it the point of having it if it only works in the store. Wheels lock at the door, great now I have to carry everything I bought by hand. All while staff just stares at you. The place was so disorganized. I have been to Goodwill's all over the state, and this one is terrible. Do better HB. At least in San Diego, you can take the cart out the door to your car.

I stopped in to give another chance to this location. I was trying to buy a TV they had there clearly marked 39.99. So I had it at the counter and was going to check out. The lady from the back came up and said I can't sell you that. I asked why not? She said it doesn't work. I just tested it. It worked. I said I'll buy it as is then. She then said nope I can't sell it to you it don't work. it clearly worked I even showed the cashier. She then proceeded to the back with it without saying another word. This place has turned into a real shame for a goodwill store. To each their own, but I will be taking my money to other locations. Corrupt places and people are what are destroying our small communities.

Stopped by this goodwill on my way home one night - it's a really large goodwill with plenty of finds. Electronics, clothes, lots of purses, even brand names. A bigger selection than some I've been to in the LA area. They also have daily rage sales. Picked up a nice dress for $11. The employees are friendly, and lots of lot parking. Would definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

This place in hit and miss. Stuff is pretty organized but that's not necessarily a good sign when it comes to thrift shop. It may mean that stuff does not move that fast. Goodwill prices are ridiculously high for a thrift shop. They price everything to accommodate for the 50% off sales.

So my brother and I dropped off boxes of clothes around 7:00 p.m. I was so happy to see they were open until 8:00! That makes sense as sometimes, especially on weekends, we can't get to the donation center after a long day of cleanup by 5:00 p.m. The guy that came out to greet us was very nice and friendly. I don't know about the employees inside the store, but the young man who came out to collect our donations was super nice! He made for a very pleasant experience. He wasn't rude or gruff with us. And he was very accommodating when we asked for two tax receipts since both of us were donating. I will be going in to shop this weekend and will update if anyone is rude, but so far, very pleased with this location and their hours.

These guys are the best. I will preface this by saying I went to salvation army and Wes treated like I was a burden, and really so hurtfully I left. I came here, I expressed if I could get some help just putting things in these huge boxes they had out. Sure, no problem. What a difference some kindness makes!!?

Goodwills are reliable for what they are. I don't like how they put most of the good stuff on their version of eBay, but I get why they do it.

I really enjoy donating items to this location. The staff is really nice and they inspected my items before taking my donations. I also was informed of items they would not take and the reasons why. I thank all for their customer service and support of helping others within the community.

Because they overprice things. The Goodwill in Waverly Oh, and Columbus Oh are great. Goodwill in South point Oh is like shopping at Sax Fith Avenue. goodwill should be a buying center for all wealthy or unhealthy. But there are no longer great prices, or great finds...like a treasure hunt .. it's very disappointing that it's a retail Non bargain store!
