We recently hired Gary to arrange our wedding floral arrangements and he did not disappoint! At our consultation J was blown away by his knowledge and his sincerity, it felt like he really cared about making the floral arrangements for our wedding as beautiful as he could. He did exactly this- our flowers were gorgeous and even better than I imagined! I can’t thank him enough.

If I could put zero, I would after speaking with Gary about an order who was very condescending to me from the beginning telling me that no florist runs their own website which I find very hard to believe he then started to get aggressive telling me what I was saying is incorrect and my opinion did not matter. He hung up on me when I called back started screaming about harassment. Steer well clear of the business if one of your requirements is great customer service!! Also to add took 2 days and 3 calls to get a return call. And on top of the fact I paid close to $100 for a Peace Lilly.

Photos illustrate the FTD arrangements I ordered versus what was delivered to the funeral home. Florist promised to send photos of substitutions before delivering, because I needed to approve changes. Florist did not send photos; I did not approve changes. Garrison's did not send a delivery confirmation; arrangements were delivered a day later than requested. Card messages were wrong; one was garbled. I refused delivery in writing as soon as I saw the arrangements. So far, nothing but silence from Garrison's - and two charges totalling over $220 for the FTD arrangements I originally ordered but did not receive. Buyer beware!

Gary and his team always produce the most gorgeous pieces no matter what the item. They have gorgeous Christmas decorations, amazing wreaths, and always create uniquely beautiful flowers for my daughter’s dances! He and the entire staff just keep impressing us with their designs and customer service!

Garrison's is the best florist in the tri-state area. They go out of the way to make their designs exactly as you request.As to the reviewer who criticized them for filling online orders they are so wrong. After losing my son we were sent an arrangement ordered online from Garrison's that was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. It was simple, it was elegant , and it created a sense of peace. From that day forward, we have used Garrison's Designs for all of our floral needs. Whether it be cemetery arrangements, wreaths for your door or decorations for your home, Garrison is the BEST!

I used this florist for a spray to go ona casket. The gentleman that helped us was amazing kind and courteous.This being said I called for prom flowers for my daughter. It was a last minute thing 3 days prior to the event. I would be ok with being told it wasn't possible to help me. The kind man who helped me was speaking to another person who I overheard. He was rude and condisending. Stating we are doing her a favor in a very harsh manner. Instead of putting this kind employee through anymore dealing with his behavior I chose to hang up and go to another florist. I felt horrible for putting him in the position to ask for my order. This is no way to treat employees or customers. I won't be spending my $ here orrecommend them to others.

Garrison’s is the absolute best! Gary has done all of my dance flowers and never disappoints. i would not go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and visit Garrison’s for all of your floral needs!!

Ordered on Monday and by Saturday the flower arrangement was dead. The flowers never bloomed. Payed almost $80.00 too. Not worth it. Flower arrangement looked nothing like it was supposed to.
