They do not deserve 1 star! This place runs out of cars and does not let you know until you arrive. I prepaid through the airlines months in advance for a truck. Well, 6 of us did not cars. I was given a taxi drivers card and the regional managers number. Called the manager 3 times with no call back. Of course not because they do not care and are not held accountable. They new the day before there were not cars and did not bother to email or call to notify those without cars. All 4 rental car agencies work together and share cars at this site. So none of the rental agencies had cars. Huntington WV airport is very remote. I finally located a car at Hertz, 20 mins away and had to uber there and rent an SUV. I wanted a truck so my dad could comfortably ride with his oxygen while I visited. So now I had to pay for 2 rentals for the same trip and wait 7-10 days for money back. Had to be earlier for flight so I could drive 20 mins past the airport to Hertz to drop off car and then Uber back to airport. I lost 5 hours of my vacation, $70 in Uber fees, SUV instead of Truck, tied up $600 of my money while on vacation. No accountability because this happens all the time according to the locals. Please do yourself a favor and call ahead to make sure your car is actually at Enterprise at HTS airport even if you prepaid because it might not be there and they don't care one bit. Just give you a taxi number, walk off and close up for the day.

Arnold! took great care of me upon returning a car originally rented at another location. During my use of the car, I discovered several problems. Broken compartments, inability to charge my phone and air gap in sunroof. Plus, the previous renter had smoked in the car. Unfortunately, I was on a time crunch and didn’t notice these issues until I was too far away to drive back to original location. Arnold was very professional and his actions restored my trust in Enterprise!

The young lady working that day was great I recognized her form the Ashland location and as usually she was a huge help, I’m a small business owner with a young growing company and almost every time I’ve needed to rent a vehicle something has happened on my end to make it difficult but every time she comes through with a vehicle and as hard to deal with as I can be, and so she always does it as nicely as possible and there is so many other ways she makes renting a vehicle through enterprise easy and and at a good price, They have earned my business even if I have to go where she is working lol good experience every time

I left a flashlight in a car when I returned it. It wasn't any flashlight but an Olight that cost around $55. I had a flight out of TriState when I realized I forgot the darn thing, so when we landed in N. Carolina I called to repot the missing flashlight. They could of recovered it right away because I'm pretty sure that it was still in the lot when I called. Three weeks later and I'm still waiting. On damn star for your inefficient staff!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have never come across such an unprofessional Enterprise location. My family and I booked a rental car with this location and were left stranded at the airport because the associate and location manager had promised that someone would be there to give us the car even though it would be technically after business hours. We land and NO ONE is there. To make matters worse, they aren't open on Sundays. We were left with no way to get to our destination 3 hours away from the airport.The day we were headed back home, we confronted the woman working the counter (who my mother spoke to personally the day we were set to arrive, to confirm someone would be there) didn't even care that we were left stranded. She had nothing to say about the matter. She didn't even offer as much as an apology.Thank god we had family who was willing to make the drive to come pick us up or we would've been stranded for 2 days until they opened back up. I'm still in disbelief of how the whole situation was handled.

This was my first time using Enterprise. The customer service was above and beyond amazing. Picking up and dropping off the car was easy and hassle free. I will definitely be using them for any future rentals!

I started my rental in Huntington tri state airport and the person at the counter did not do a walk around of the car with me before I rented it. This person also said they didn't know how we could reserve it to be dropped off somewhere else. That's what car rental places do. The place that I returned it to was very polite and very helpful. The team at the Cumberland, Md office are very good at their job. I gave it a 4 cause of the Cumberland office.

We arrived without a reservation, Hannah went out of her way to find us a car, and get us on the road !
