I reserved a rental car from them online. Received a confirmation number and all the details about the booking. When the time came for me to pick up my rental, I was told that I would have to wait three days, because they had no vehicles available until Monday, Not at all satisfied.

My car was in the shop for almost a month. They gave me a 2024 Toyota Corolla, I obviously missed my car very much, but they were very accommodating. They even picked me up/dropped me off at the shop where my car was being worked on. Super friendly staff! They laughed at my dad jokes, so that’s a green flag in my book.

I reported that I had issues with the GPS as well as being charged an additional day of rental and nothing to date has been done about it and I was offered no discount for my problems

Enterprise Rent-A-CarHuntington WVMaking a reservation and receiving a confirmation number does not guarantee a rental! Seems a "National Strike" has created issues with Enterprise having rental cars available. Have a back up prepared!

Matt at Enterprise in Huntington came through when the 15 passenger van we had reserved was not available. We were provided an 8 passenger Expedition which was more than adequate for our needs due to cancellations of participants. Will definitely seek their assistance again in the future with personal and business needs.

The employees are nice enough. Seem to be college students the 2 times I’ve used their service. It’s nice to see employees with their energy. Cars are clean but both times I’ve picked my rental up, the gas tank was less than 100 miles to empty. Not a big deal until you fill it up and then find out your own vehicle is out of the shop, which results in me giving Enterprise a full tank of gas ($40-$50).

Enterprise employees are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their automobiles . We only use them because I know they will give the best price around and you get a good vehicle to drive. We have used them for over 5 years , every year we drive to Las Vegas for the Pool tournament we choose Enterprise. Thank you all for great service!

This was one of the worse encounters I have ever had.Number One the answering system was horrible. Trying to get a live agent on the phone to talk to was almost impossible.Number Two. When I did finally get a real person they were just as bad if not worse than the automated system maybe worse.If you continue to treat people like garbage you are going to lose a lot of customers if you haven't started to already
