Staff completely unprofessional. Went to physical location to avoid long wait times on phone. Staff continue to say “you know what I’m sayin” without any explanation. I voiced my confusion and asked if someone could further explain, they stated just to “call someone” at the 1800 number. If you’re in the Huntington area and considering xfinity avoid. Go with any other service. I’ve had xfinity for 5 yrs and they were great, however I just moved to wv and it is horrible here. I will be canceling my service.

Awful customer service. The agents lie to you. I called to get the affordable connection program since I am unemployed at the moment. Never could get them to take my approval info. They just wanted to push all the gadgets they could on me. I had their service for less than a month and it kept getting shut off. 3 times in less than a month. Finally they said I owed a past due bill from years ago. Don't think it was even mine. I was working on the road traveling and never home for years. Why would I want Cabell tv when I was never there. They are such a headache to deal with I finally said to just cancel the service. It was down more than running anyway.Contacted the link below. Complete waste of time. Couldn't even verify old account as mine so they wouldn't even discuss with me. They did try to charge my card for that money again though. Wow;!!!!!! Unbelievable. Sure enough to try to take my money for it but won't even discuss it with me because they can't verify it as my account. Had to type that again it's so unbelievable. Another 2+ hours of my life taken by Xfinity.

I’ve been calling for weeks because I canceled my service and they have still taken over $200 out of my account. I’ve spent hours of my time listening to a robot talk about unhelpful things, then when an actual human answer the phone call gets disconnected.

Xfinity/Comcast has given us nothing but headaches with their internet and mobile service.Speaking of mobile service; good luck getting any help for that at this location as they don’t even bother with it. You’ll have to instead devote hours of your life to near-unintelligible customer service over the phone.Our internet up by Norway Ave would go out sporadically multiple times a day and each time we were told it was a faulty modem. Well after three modems and two failed service calls we decided to cancel. We now use Frontier’s fiber for internet now and haven’t had a single problem with our service from them.Meanwhile, two months after cancelling all service with Xfinity we are still receiving bills. Which this particular store couldn’t do squat about. So I guess I will spend all day on the phone instead.

They seem to always need to schedule a tech visit when you move. I’m sure I have everything hooked up correctly but all lights are white Grrrrrr
