“I had wonderful experiences at this airport! Thorne is the manager and he knows how to give great service and appears to lead his team well. From my POV from the times I’ve been there, his employees are very responsive to him and their customers. It takes a special leader to keep the morale of their team up! Special shot out to Keith and Billy, who were very helpful to me when I’ve picked up cars. Wish I lived there so I could give them all of my rental business.My only negative are the hours, which I’m sure is out of their control.”

“Thankful for the team at this Budget location!
Specifically, Chad & Thorne.
The Pittsburgh Airport Budget (boooo) failed to include that I had opted to pre-pay for a tank of gas, so upon returning the rental at Huntington, I was slapped with a monstrous refueling fee at over $9 per gallon (!!). Chad was working the desk at the time, and though he was limited in the help he could provide (the issue required involving Thorne, his manager), he was very kind and provided excellent customer service. Thorne became involved the next day as promised, and swiftly rectified the issue. Big thanks to this location & would be happy to work with them again.”
“The location is fantastic and very welcoming. The vehicles I’ve been provided through numerous rentals I’ve made so far have been brand new and in almost pristine condition. Zane at the location is extremely helpful and made the rental experience seamless.”
“Arnold! took great care of me upon returning a car originally rented at another location. During my use of the car, I discovered several problems. Broken compartments, inability to charge my phone and air gap in sunroof. Plus, the previous renter had smoked in the car. Unfortunately, I was on a time crunch and didn’t notice these issues until I was too far away to drive back to original location. Arnold was very professional and his actions restored my trust in Enterprise!”
