“Picked up in CA, dropped of on WV. After a few hiccups, everything was smoothed out. Thorn at the WV location was amazing. He helped me and adjusted the miscommunication. Definitely would use again.
The only thing I would suggest is maybe accept Venmo as a form of payment.”

“Huntington wv works with you on your rentals if you have a problem. Do not rent from Myrtle beach hertz . They are rude and try to charge you $299 a day! I had check engine light come on my rental , Myrtle beach didn’t want to fix problem had to get hertz of Huntington wv involved , which they did help to resolve and make mrytle beach switch vehicle but I was given a small suv
Than I originally had and not as comfortable . I would Expect more from hertz overall ! All hertz should work together and have same policies .”

“My husband had to clean the biggest part of the snow off the rental car & we waited in our truck for the rental to get warm enough to drive it was 9 degrees the morning we were scheduled to pick it up then we had to leave our truck in a parking lot across from the rental company and hoped it didnt get towed over night cause they dont have over night parking. Other then that it was great and the people were nice”
