I went in to get a ring resized from a 7 to a 4. I said I needed it within 4 days and got it back the same day—polished, gems tightened, and coated. The actual cost was also less than what they quoted me for. Really amazing people!

Reuschlein is a great business and has some fantastic people! I have met with John Paul a couple of times regarding my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding rings, and John took care of us every time! He helped us find beautiful rings (that we were able to customize to our liking) at a great cost. The process was smooth and he took care of us all along the way.Highly recommend for anyone looking for jewelry!

I went in and asked for them to combine 2 rings (for an engagement ring) and resize the ring. They combined the rings and didn't resize it the first time I went in and got it. I realized it too late and the ring almost got stuck on my finger. I had to take it back to have them resize it and when they finally made it bigger they made it too big and it now falls off my finger. Wouldn't go back for a ring.

I love this place and the folks that work there. Beautiful items both jewelry and more. If you’re ever in Huntington give them a visit! Got the gold and diamond band there among many other pieces. Ordered it via phone on Saturday and got it on Monday.
