Tom arranged for me to get the item free of charge with the highest level of friendly customer service you can imagine! He told me to call the office back, give them my information and he'd also pick up the shipping cost! Unheard of these days!!! I was so taken aback with the personal attention and generosity, I had to write a google review so others may know of my experience. I see that some have written bad reviews here, and some have had a similar experience as I do. I read reviews, and I know it's best to look at all of them before making a judgement about the business.
