“I have owned a VW since 2008. This is the first time I had a positive experience in your service department. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. I didn't have an appointment; my check engine light came on and I lost power on Rt. 60. I was close enough to get to Moses VW. Honestly, I was dreading going there. Knowing I would receive a hassle or be treated rudely. To my surprise there was a very polite, friendly, caring, and willing to help red headed lady named Amanda working there. She listened to me and didn't talk to me like I was stupid. She genuinely seemed happy to help. She arranged for the shuttle to pick me up and take me to work so I didn't have to wait any longer on a ride. This was the first time I was offered that service!! She assured me she would call to let me know what was going on with my car, and SHE DID!!! Again, first time ever I didn't have to call and be put on eternal hold to check on my car. I asked how long it would take to be fixed because I was going to be renting a car. She placed me on a brief hold and told me not to rent a car that she had a 'loaner' vehicle I could drive until my car was fixed. I have NEVER been offered that service in 15 years!! She called me throughout the week to keep me posted about my vehicle. I didn't have to call once. She advised me what was under warranty and what was out of pocket, so when I arrived to pick up my car there were no surprises in cost. From beginning to end, I felt like a valued customer for the first time at this dealership. Amanda is an asset to this company and should be recognized as such! She goes above and beyond to help customers.”

“We came to River City after going to the Subaru dealership in Charleston and it was worth the drive. The customer service blew us away! They were willing to listen to what we wanted in a vehicle, where we wanted to be price wise, and made the buying process as easy as possible. We walked on the lot, test drove, purchased the vehicle, and drove off the lot in just over and hour and a half. There was no haggling, no sifting through hidden agendas or numbers….it was so straightforward and easy. The best car buying experience we’ve ever had.
