I been dealing with Richard at Hinton Hardware for 35 years. There's a reason! He will help you out, help you figure work -arounds if you have something old you need to fix. This is a 3rd generation family business not some big box mega store. I count on Hinton Hardware and they will always have my business.

Hinton Hardware is a family run establishment. All of the owners are lovely people, who have been super helpful with our projects over the past four years. We have used them for all of our paint needs for the house, and have been happy with the quality of the products. If they don't have something on hand, they are generally happy to order it. They have basically everything you expect from a small town hardware store and then some. It also operates a little as a museum of natural history --the mom, Gemma, collects minerals and meteorites, as well as historical artifacts. It's worth a gander for that alone.

Went in to buy a shovel handle,and was able to buy a completed shovel instead head handle an all. It's a family owned business which is hard to find anymore. These businesses need our support. Plus they have amazing beard products!!
