Every time hubs and I go in lately least twice a week no one is ever at counter to check you out. Things are a MESS STUFF EVERY ISLES not UNPACKED!! The self check out has been broken for months seems like now. Today my hubs and I went in to get tea we got it went to counters they had a doorbell on the counter and a note read ring ONE TIME UNDERLINED. we stood there waiting after ringing nothing. We kept standing there looking stupid by now so we ring the doorbell again ? Welp didn’t work we stood there. Maybe they didn’t like us ringing twice ?♀️ Anyways hubs went to find someone well he did and she didn’t know where they went but she’d take care of us so no problem ? UNTIL I seen girl come outta back suddenly then another from outside smoking. Mind ya it is 9 am I made the remark “ there she is she was smoking “ the cashier let in on us and said ones on break other was in bathroom mind ya she didn’t know where they were at checkout time. I let her know I needed no more of her rudeness and she needed to hush ? Needless to say we left promptly it wasn’t pretty. Three employees and neither did their jobs.

This Dollar General is amongst the most trashy store I have ever seen. There is never any employees up front at the register. I've been in their shopping before and watched people walk out with carts of merchandise because no one was up front. They have a squeaky chicken dog toy sitting on the front register with a sign that says squeak toy for service. Their stores in shambles, always out of everything, and items ring up incorrectly quite often. When brought to the attention of the cashier and asked them to correct it, they say there's nothing they can do about it and they will get in trouble if they correct the price. Their merchandise is priced higher than walmart, kroger, Family Dollar, any store in Hinton actually. I do not recommend this Dollar General to anyone.

There is always a long wait. They never have enough help it seems. Plus always a bunch of product in the middle of the isles.. The staff is nice..

I like this Dollar General. The Manger and cashiers are always friendly. But, the store is always so messy and unorganized. You can't get through the aisles. Other DG stores aren't like this. I don't know if they're short staffed or not. The employees seem so overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything and it's a very busy store.

I love dollar general but lately the shelves are ALWAYS bare and there is cart after cart if u stocked merchandise sitting everywhere. It has really gone downhill.

I ran into use the restroom and the guy looked at me and said it was unavailable and you could tell that it was a lie he just didn't want to go get the key to let me in the restroom poor customer service will not ever go there to that location again
