  Today we had difficulty with locating where our package was delivered so we went to the postal office to try to track it down. They were very helpful in working out a solution to the problem, and the supervisor went out of his way to make sure that our expectations were met and exceeded.   This is the third time and just as many years that they have just completely lost my package! They don't even deserve the one star but it's the only way that I can do this report or review. This website actually needs minus stars

  They can’t handle technical questions!I ask the girl with dyed hair a technical question about my package and she went nuts and walked away waving her hands like crazy. Her manager had to step in, the manager was much more helpful. But this is one of the worst USPS offices in the US!
