Don't drop your FedEx packages here or maybe just avoid FedEx all together.Dropped a priority overnight package on a Friday and "missed the pickup window"...was told that it was going to be picked up the following Monday morning because of Veterans Day. Cool. Call the Dollar General Monday and the cashier couldn't give me a straight answer on if FedEx had been by or if my package was even there still. I decided to call FedEx and talked to someone completely incompetent who transferred me to someone else that told me that FedEx had already picked up the package on Saturday. I was told they it would be delivered by EOD. Told me the tracking information just wasn't updated.We are now at Tuesday and I just now got a notice that my tracking has been updated and it JUST got to Hagerstown???? Absolutely ridiculous for a priority overnight. Seems that FedEx just decided to skip this on-site location all together yesterday when I'm sure there is probably a system that says they have a pending pick up that they need to get seeing as it was scanned in already.Worst delivery company there is. Not the first time ive had issues with them.
