I love taking my pets to Ark for their checkups. The staff truly care about your pets. My dogs receive the care that they need at a reasonable cost; however, money is not a concern as long as my doggies are healthy and happy.

Ever think you could find a veterinarian that caters to bunnies. Ark Animal Clinic does. I wouldn't have found one hadn't someone told me. So that is why i am sharing. Everyone there is so kind and cares for your pets health.

Just left this place and as soon I had walked in my immediate impression was unprofessional. I came in there with 3 kittens wanted to only be tested for feline aids/ leukemia . Which they were tested there for. However they took one kitten out the cage as soon as I walked in there to the back where they where passing it around “ loving on it” and then proceeded to take the other two back “ loving on them” which I thought was strange and unnecessary. But what they where really doing was giving them each vaccines without any permission from me had no idea they where doing that. They were also tested for what I came in for which I’m thankful but I ended up paying a fortune for certain things I wasn’t aware I was paying for. Will not be returning to this clinic in the future.

You're just another pay day. Dr had no bedside maners what so ever. He was all about selling you all the shots you dont need. I told him what was wrong w my bababy. He didn't wanna listen. Blamed it on fleas w out even searching for fleas. Short to the point and condescending. Never again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The Doctors at Ark Animal Clinic are very polite and have great bedside manners. However, I use Ark for yearly vaccines only due to their limited business hours. They have never been open when I have real emergencies.
On 3 different occasions in 2024 I've had to use an emergency vet hospital out of state due to their limited business hours. Tuesday-Thursday, Friday 8a-1pm.
Once on a Friday (afternoon after 1pm,) in January, (the weather was terrible), they were closed. I drove out of state to the emergency vet who wanted 7500 down, altogether it was going to run $12,000. They encouraged me to use my primary care physician since it would be a 1/3 of the cost.
That Friday evening I had a signed ama paper (death warrant) from the emergency vet and prayed we could make it until Monday morning. (Talk about a long drive home alone, trying to keep a stiff upper lip, pretending everything is okay. Not to mention $558.00 lighter.)
Only to discover Monday at 6 am, Ark Animal Clinic is closed. I assumed everyone works at least a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. I didn't have another 24 hours to wait until Tuesday.
So..on Monday morning I came up with the $7500 down and tried to schedule emergency surgery with the out-of-state emergency vet hospital. I'm frantic, calling repeatedly every hour. They FINALLY returned my call at 7 pm on TUESDAY.
WOW.
By then the good Lord had taken over and shown mercy on the entire situation.
Thank God for faith and Divine Intervention it all worked out.
**Vets do not accept random animals who aren't existing patients for emergency services. Keep that in mind when choosing a primary care physician for your animals.**

I had to euthanize my 14 year old yorkie 3 days ago. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate vet or staff! They made one of the hardest decisions that I have ever had to make a little more comforting. I would highly recommend this clinic!

I had an appt today at 11:00. I showed up at 10:45 and sat until 11:15 when a brash women comes out to inform me they are 90 mins behind and will need to reschedule. Then while rescheduling she was rude. I took the day off for my appointment today. I understand emergencies happen but when they do call your appointments so they don’t waste their time and money. Needless to say I will not be going back. I was not offered to leave my pet I was offered to comeback later that day or another day.

They are expensive and give quotes on services before the doctor check the pet's out to see if it is something or not.

Would not recommend to anyone. Worse customer service and can never get an appointment within a decent amount of time.

Staff was caring and compassionate. We had a very ill pet, and they didn't try to get us to spend thousands on a terminally I'll cat. Honesty goes a long way.
