Been several times, but it's been a great place to visit from the start. We first came as tourists, but now we live here and stop in for candy (which you can buy by weight, so you can get lots of variety) and for unique gifts for friends and family. Staff is always kind and engaging, and you are encouraged to play with whatever you find! Love it here. A real gemstone of a shop.

Went to this store today for the experience and got the whole experience! Such a cool store set back in time. Karen was so nice and made the trip worth our while! Highly recommend this hidden gem. So thankful for people keeping these old stores alive!

Oldest 5 and dime in WV. No, things don't cost pennies, but they have an amazing assemblage of nostalgia items, useful items and just plain fun items. Be sure to check out the back room and its collection of antique glass items.

Always find something new, interesting, different,fun unusual. Love it, so much too look at! Staff was fun, knowledgeable and interactive with customers! Hope you are there always!

It's unique not worth driving 2hrs to see everything over priced poor selection of 80s candy. Thought we would find or see stuff we haven't seen since we were kids.not much of a souvenir store for the town or area. No restaurant there in the next town over.

Love to stop in this place. It's like a step back in time. There is an amazing variety of items from our past that have been forgotten elsewhere. A great place to find unique gifts. Just walking through the place, seeing items that bring back memories, will brighten your day. You will find things that may require the wonderful staff to joyfully demonstrate. It a must visit when in the area, even just within an hour or more.

Be prepared to be bothered the whole time. I just wanted to look around. We were on a time limit. She had my husband doing magic tricks and such. He would get away & she would catch him again. She was nice & some people might of liked that interaction, but I didn't.
