I went knowing exactly what I wanted for my eyebrows. I showed pictures and I explained over and over while the process was getting started. She refused to do what I was asking. She kept insisting she is an artist and has to follow what she is feeling. I firmly believe Vi is not capable of doing any other shape eyebrow except her own. Because I had a $200 non refundable deposit as she reminded me, I didn’t leave. I regret that. I should have followed my instincts and left. Now I look hideous. She applied the eyebrows on top/over where my natural eyebrows should be. I look like Joan Crawford in that movie. I cried for two days. Can’t have them lasered off until 6 weeks. Avoid this place!

Update! 04/11/2024 I went to get my eyebrows touched up by Vi and the work she sent me out the door with was truly amazing. My eyebrows have never looked this beautiful !! She really takes her time and is extremely detail oriented. I will never trust anyone else to touch my eyebrows, but VI !!
Love this salon !!! Quiet, relaxing & just a great atmosphere overall !! Check her out! She’s running some spring sales at the moment!! HURRY!

Love this spa. Gorgeous setting, and you are treated like a goddess. I had my eyebrows microshaded, and I am in love with the results!!! Vi knew exactly what she
was doing. I am Danish, so having such fair skin, I was nervous about the color and the way it would fade, but they are absolutely beautiful. I love not having to pencil my brows anymore. My facial features now pop because Vi framed my brows perfectly. I would recommend her to anyone wholeheartedly.

Vivo is a very professional yet welcoming salon. The owner, Vi, works very hard and is very talented. I highly recommend this Day Spa for anyone who wishes to have any number of Spa services. The services I have had, are Brazilian Wax, and Microblading Eyebrows. Excellent job. Please be sure to "Tip" her well, she deserves it!

Waited 25 minutes for our couples massage with no apology from staff as to why they were "running late". (We had an apt for over a month. Massage was bad. I hate hot stones, and these were used (never asked me if I wanted them). Specifically stated back and neck only and they did full body. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. Not worth time or money. Worst massage of my life and husband agrees.

I called to schedule an over-due V-Day Couples Massage. This isn't the review I wanted to leave, the owner Vi, was so absolutely so amazing during the booking process. I requested a time before the kids let out. She gave me several options to choose from to accommodate us. Never had a Spa go out of their way to accommodate people with busy lives. It was a very generous offer, but then had to unfortunately cancel the next morning. Vi was nothing, but understanding and professional! I will always recommend Vivo as a 5 star review. The professionalism, the cleanliness, the warm welcoming and hospitality. The moment you walk-in, you feel relaxed. You would never know from the outside what you are missing out on.

Best surprise of Harper’s Ferry! Treated to a couples massage while on a weekend getaway and this place is a gem! Beautiful spa with talented hands at work. Deep tissue, hot stone, and concentration on targeted areas. A++
