I tried to submit a DS-5525 form with my child's passport because it says it is required online and the postal worker didn't want to submit it. Seven weeks later the passport agency is now asking for it and my child's passport is still not complete.

We are fortunate to have such an efficient post office in our little town. The staff is cheerful and helpful and the post office is always clean.
