Had we not seen this wonderful B & B on a local PBS show, we probably would not have known about it. We spent a very relaxing two nights in an incredibly comfortable suite decorated with an industrial/eclectic vibe. The comfortable and very clean room was complemented by beautiful outside gardens available for the guests use.Our accommodation was called the Studebaker Suite giving homage to a long discontinued automotive make. It was decorated with the tailgate from a pickup truck, and models and pictures from the brands product line. From the B & B's location in Harpers Ferry, visitors can easily travel to Harpers Ferry National Park, and nearby Sheperdstown and Charlestown. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly.

Highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable B & B in Historic Harpers Ferry, WV. Wonderful setting, beautiful room and outside gardens. Convenient to Sheperdstown and Charlestown as well as hiking on the Appalachian Trail. and the C & O Canal. For the adventurous, there is river riding on the Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers. This Studebaker Suite (our accommodation for a couple of nights) was decorated in an eclectic industrial theme with mementoes of a former automotive make from the mid 20th century.

We had the most delightful stay at the Rockhaven B&B's tiny, retro Camp Hike-n-Bike cabin, hosted by Lynn and Christian. The accomodations and location in Harper's Ferry are superb! Lynn and Christian have meticulously thought out every detail of this cabin to ensure your stay is pleasant, care-free, and relaxing. We were welcomed with two cans of pear prosecco, and blueberry muffins! The kitchenette is beyond adequate for a solo traveler or couple! There were plenty of utensils, dinnerware, glasses, and coffee mugs- the French press was an absolute delight! In addition the cabin comes equipped with bath towels, toiletries, lotion, sunscreen, aloe (definitely a plus after a long day tubing on the Shenandoah), bug spray, first aid kit, additional pillows, and more! Again, I can not stress enough how much thought has gone into every little detail of this tiny cabin! You must walk through their beautiful garden, which is truly a labor of love!We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened porch, illuminated by vintage string lights. The porch fan provides a comfortable setting even in the August heat! We were fortunate enough to have an evening storm which we enjoyed from the screened porch listening to the pitter patter of the rain on the tin roof! Side note, Bolivar Bread Bakery, less than a minutes drive and only about 5 minute walk, is a must! Their pastries and baked goods are delicious! In addition, Harper's Ferry lower town is just a moments drive and is a must see! Be cautious of parking as that can be rather tricky but there are ways around it!We could not have been more pleased with our visit! Lynn and Christian have set quite a high standard for any future Airbnb stays we wish to visit. I can say, with certainty, we will be returning.

The Studebaker Suite was beautiful and very accomodating. Bed and couch were comfortable. The garden area was beautiful, which we used several times for a nice outdoor area to relax. The host was responsive and prompt with answering our queries and supplying more coffee and breakfast items. Just a few comments: We were provided fresh fruit only one day. We would have preferred dresser drawers for our clothing, rather than using our suitcases on the racks for our 5-day/4-night stay. The room had a strong wood burning smell initially and lesser so for a few days, since the host said previous guests used the wood-burning stove.

I stayed in the Studebaker Suite this April and was shocked by how wonderful it was. I've never stayed at the Four Seasons, but I feel this must be close to that experience. Everything you could possible need is provided and the room was beautiful. Thank you Lynn and Christian!

This place anticipates your every need. Price is great. This place is peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable. Great location, close to restaurants, and lower town Harpers Ferry. The outdoor space is a place to just kick back and relax. Will definitely have a hard time finding a place to stay again that can compare. Breakfast was very carefully planned to please anyone. Don't hesitate to book this B&B. A true 5 stars. These people truly want to make this an experience not just a place to stay.
