This little bed and breakfast is quaint and features usable and clean amenities. We stayed for two nights in the bottom Trundle unit and enjoyed using the kitchenette to help with dining out costs while touring local attractions. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We barely heard floor creaks from the upstairs guest(s). In the backyard, you can sit on a shared picnic in an oasis. There's a cute pond with fish, frogs, and lots of flowering lilipads! There is one parking spot for each unit right next to the building. Other vehicles may be able to park on the street, but I'm not sure if it's free or paid parking. It's a short drive into town or a decent walk if you're up for the trek. For those interested, in my experience, this is an LGBTQ+ friendly place.Rooms: The room was clean and we received prompt contact-less serve with all that previously agreed to. Wonderful service!Nearby activities: Harpers Ferry is a historical, but working location with many exhibits to visit and sites to see.Safety: My partner and I felt safe in our room on the bottom floor. No one bothered the windows along the street and our car was untouched while parked out front. When we were away from the room, nothing was touched or moved past the kitchenette. Great experience!Walkability: There is a short path to the parking spaces and another one to the beautiful backyard. You can find sidewalks and pathways that lead to and from the B&B into town.

I gave the room three stars, reason being that the room can be age appropriate. If you are young and in love you're not going to pay much attention to the rooms size, if you're older it will seem a bit cramped. If you are like me, 6 ft., 185lb, you will have to tuck to use the toilet (definitely made for small butt's) . The shower floor has no grout in the tile and the bed side lamp is falling apart BUT here is the positive. Cozy room, very quiet for sleeping, close to town if you're in good shape, excellent service (I recommend getting the quiche) and I think your allowed to have a camp fire outside but my stay was rainy. Oh, I recommend turning the mattress. We stayed at the Trundle suite.Noteworthy details: $150 a night is a bit much

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Trundle Suite and we loved the convenience of the location, not to far into the town and not to close. We have privacy even with another reservation upstairs. It was nice and quiet outside as well. Beautiful location.

The beds were comfy, the place clean, the service superior, and so close to everything. I'd stay here again any day of the week!

Loved our stay at Lily Garden Bed and Breakfast. We stayed in the Trundle Suite and had a contactless visit. Our breakfast order was perfect and in the fridge when we arrived for our two night stay. The air-conditioning in our unit worked great and there was plenty of hot water. Loved the relaxing, homey decor and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Great place.

My friend and I booked a two night stay at this place based on their website description. The website is completely fraudulent! It describes it as a gingerbread type house with 2 bedrooms INCLUDING a loft. Also claims there are river and mountain views. There are no views. It's a complete dump. It has one small bedroom, and a "loft" that you have to climb up to via a Hazardous ladder nailed to the wall. Once up there, you can't stand up without hitting your head on the ceiling. When we challenged the owner they were unpleasant and said we misunderstood their site. We did not stay there. Please beware!!

My little dollhouse....My husband and I stayed at Lily’s Garden for a weekend getaway. When we opened the door it was so beautiful and as we walked through I kept referring it to my dollhouse it was just so cute and felt so comfortable. The place was very clean. It even had one of the air cleaners in it help with the COVID virus. I spoke with the Hutchinson family a couple times before and during our stay it was like talking to my aunt. The B&B is close to the historical district of Harper’s Ferry. 15 minute walk. There are restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking for a restaurant to celebrate a special night we would recommend the Hamilton Inn. It is only one block from Lily’s Garden. We will definitely be back to stay at Lily’s Garden sometime in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lily Garden. The space was charming, cozy and offered so many conveniences. I loved having the kitchen for making tea and having late night snacks, the beds were wonderful, and the entire place was clean and welcoming. It was a nice touch to have so much local information available regarding hikes, the town, the bike trail and so much more. We loved everything about it and Shawn went above and beyond to help make our stay the best!

I happened to find the handwritten thank you card that the owner of the Lily Garden sent to me and my husband, after a stay with them a while back. I realized I had not given them the excellent review that they deserved. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay here, enjoying our stable house room upstairs, the garden grounds, the pond and breakfast from their partnering restaurant down the street. Quaint and comfy, not fancy, you'll enjoy your low key stay at the Lily Garden while you explore the Harper's Ferry area!

What a wonderful little bed and breakfast! Such a nice peaceful getaway! Very clean and decorated so pretty! I would highly recommend this place! The backyard is just a plus to just sit and relax watch the fishies swim in the pond or relax on the swing while sitting there by the fire pit! Breakfast was so delicious Shawn made sure everything went good also he gave us some good recommendations on some good go to spots in Harpers Ferry ? we plan on returning in the fall!

Absolutely great B&B, it raised the bar on what I thought a B&B could offer. We stayed in the Carriage suite; very comfortable and the layout is great. We weren’t planning on using the loft bedroom but we climbed up there to relax in the bed when it rained in the late evening. Very serene. Woke up to watch the sunrise twice out of the French doors. All the amenities you could expect and then some more. Plenty of literature and a guidebook in the suite in case you’re looking for ideas on what to do. Off-street parking, good WiFi, jacuzzi, and plenty of novels in the suite round it all out. Right in the middle of Harper’s Ferry and the location is close to several vineyards in Loudoun County VA.

We stayed at Lily Garden a few weeks ago and have found our go-to place in Harpers Ferry. The suite was cozy and comfortable and had everything you would need or want. We were able to park our car on sight and walk all over town. The convenient location makes it easy to walk to Lower Town to the rivers, shops, restaurants, and museums. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was outstanding!
