Has had our clock for over a year. When we call to ask about it and ask to have it returned he refuses to call back. Have called numerous times in one week with no response. Very questionable behavior.

Mr Horner has done excellent work on my early 1900s Seikosha Regulator wall clock. I am so pleased to have a functioning antique. He's not fast, due to the volume of his work, but his work is great!
