Just called about a stray kitten that is very sick and woman that answered phone was very rude and not very helpful. Not compassionate at all. She even hung up on me.

Owner is incredibly rude. I would never consider donating to this shelter based on how the owner treats people. Honey attracts more flies than vinegar. I’ll donate to a different charity.

First of all, the lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE. Not compassionate whatsoever, disrespectful and her tone was barbaric. Y’all need to check your front desk associate before someone else does it for YOU.

First time I called just a second ago when trying to find a place for my cat the lady got snappy and said no and bye and hung up. Very rude you're a pet rescue and sanctuary and can't help a sweet cat. Rude. Rude. Rude.
