Great little shop. I stop in every time I'm in Harpers Ferry. Staff has always been friendly to me. Kind of limited due to size of the shop but still a nice place to get biking and hiking supplies and Harpers Ferry souvenirs.

Went in yesterday and the middle aged lady didn't say a single word to us and cared about whatever was on her phone than helping us out. When it was time to check out I asked to see how much the item was (about 2-5 times I asked) she wouldn't get off of her a** and phone to type in the amount on the register. For how lousy it was I don't think she wouldn't have cared if we wouldn't have paid and just got out of the store with an unpaid item. So far not impressed with the professionalism here the neighboring businesses are friendlier when you go in.

Came in off the C&O trail and simply asked "do you do minor bike repairs?" and the immediate, and serious, response was "no way in hell will we touch your bike." Wow, could not have been any ruder to a fellow biker in need of assistance.

The owner just cared about chatting with the young hikers rather than helping out customers. He hung outside with them and was chatting with them for hours while I was in Harpers Ferry for the day. But the owner doesn't care about this review, right? He just cares that "hardly any pretty girls hike in Harpers Ferry anymore and when they do, they are surrounded by 6 guys." Professional business owner, right?
