Wow, what a great experience. I have told the story to everyone. We were traveling to take our daughter to college in NC and her cars exhaust broke in WV. Bob's Garage took us right in and fixed her car. We were in and out in an unbelievable short period of time. They saved us so much time and money. There repair was very fairly priced. Thank you everyone at Bob's Garage.

If there was a 6th star.... I would pick it for this automotive service!!!! 6 people in two cars traveling to North Carolina for a family reunion and to visit our parents grave site... one of the vehicles has some trouble, we "nursed" it off the turnpike and googled the closest repair facility... this place looked EXTREMELY busy and I thought "oh no, we just might not make this trip and from literally pulling in the parking lot at 12:05 (Tammy was excellent and super friendly by the way) until we were back on the road in an hour and a half, nothing but the best service I have ever seen! and being from the automotive business myself for 50 years!!!! that is saying ALOT! Kudos to all of you, I wish my father & mother were alive today (family business with 8 tow trucks and 2 locations) so I could tell them how you took care of my family just passing through! You guys are amazing! thank you

Bob always gets my family's vehicles in fast as possible. He does great work, reasonable, he doesn't overprice or surprise price like some garages. Just had 2 new tires put on, took about 40min. Highly recommended.

My car broke down on the WV turnpike and I needed to tow it somewhere. Bob's had good reviews, and being in unfamiliar territory, I chose them. They fixed it quickly and got me back on the road the next day. He told me what the problem was and let me keep the bad part. Bob's made a stressful situation so much less stressful.

While traveling through West Virginia heading to Virginia my car broke down on the WV Turnpike. Want to first give a shout out to the turnpike curtesy drivers they were great. I had two to stop by and the last one called me a tow truck and stayed with me until it came! Now, to Bob’s what an awesome experience from the time my car was taken off the truck! Within a few minutes they had the issue diagnosed and an estimate on what it would cost for repairs. They ordered the parts and fixed my car the same day and I was off to VA. Want to say thinks to all that was involved in taking care of my car. Also, enjoyed all of the nice people that I had conversation with while waiting!
