This company has no respect or there customers. They've had my car for 3wks now which they've allowed there employees to steal belongs of mine outta my car. They've also left the windows n have done water damage to the inside of the car. Thanks hutches for the great 5 star service you've allowed me to experience from ur company!!

I had a driver to blow a tire so I called them and they came out fixed the tire but the brakes where bad on the trailer so the driver followed them back to there there shop the next day I was sent a Bill for $5,813.24 for 4 brake drums & Brakes for a standard brake pad wabash trailer they are totally crooks they charges me 770 dollars for 7 hrs plus a extra 1289.00 for labor plus $2777.00 for the brakes & pads plus a $200 for cash app and extra money for anything they thought of then treated me like I was wrong to question the price of the material that they say they purchased.. please any trucker never use this company or u will be robbed and mis treated if u question there cost ..

It’s unfortunate that we can only give this place 5 stars, they are 10 star material all day long. My mother-in-law was traveling through West Virginia, and when she stopped for gas, they encountered some vehicle issues.Not only did Hutch's send a tow truck for the vehicle, but they sent a vehicle for my mother-in-law and her friend. Back at the garage, we were kept abreast of everything that was happening with the car, as well as the employees nicknames, the jokes they were cracking, and the wonderful care they were taking of two out of state ladies!!! The work was completed at a very reasonable price, and in a timely manner. The two women left with a fixed vehicle and full hearts!!!Of course, the story didn’t end there. As my mother-in-law was leaving, she and her traveling companion heard a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. When they returned, it was subsequently discovered that there was an issue with the rear differential. This time however, the crew at Hutch’s wouldn’t repair the vehicle…because it was under warranty. However, the dealership was closed, so in an absolute act of class, they drove my mother-in-law to get a rental car. Then, they brought her vehicle to the dealership to be repaired. We desperately need more trustworthy and honest businesses like Hutch’s in this country…we are forever grateful for the care our ladies received!!!!

My truck as stuck at the turnpike, trooper called them to get me out of there. Took them 4 hours to move my truck and charged me over $12,000.00. The most outrageous price. Stay away please.

How much is is the absolute worst place you can imagine to ever have your car taken to I was in a near fatal car accident on the 64 and I had called Triple-A to come get my vehicle I didn't say with my vehicle because it was raining. AAA came to get my car and as they are coming to get my car they literally see Hutch's toe stealing my car you are terrible people I don't know how you live with yourself I hope someone sees you and you get what you deserve. I really don't know how you people live with yourselves and you have the worst customer service if you talk to these people they are so rude especially the women.

Driving through West Virginia, my load shifted an inch to the right, it was a load of insulation, very easy load , so highway patrol pulled me over and told me that load needs to be moved back and he is the one who calling towing company to do the job. Soon came a towing truck and SCAM started, they said that truck needs to be towed to their company because they don't want to do that in the rest area, so for 4 miles of towing charged me $877Then were pushing the insolation back with a forklift , one of their guys drove to home depot for 4 2x4's lumber to secure. That's it.Bill was for $5104,31In the bill they put that at my load that 2 forklifts were used.One for 5 hours and another for 4 hours.One "Coordinator" who was in the back of the trailer for 5 hours x 99/hourPlus extra 5 "working men" for 5 hours = $1325plus some 400 $ for bringing the 2x4'sSo to understand, this was a load of insolation and I was loaded at the shipper in about 15-20 minutes for the entire load , with only one forklift guy. These guys just shifted back and secure with few 2x4s and that's it.And they "worked for 5 hours with 6 men and 2 forklifts"I don't know how it's possible to be like that, this is outrageous.I'm sure somebody are in hand with them.

Those are real crooks. They charged me $11,541.83 for one hour of service. What they did is completely illegal.They made an easy money out of a poor truck driver who is working really hard thinking that the company will cover me, I'm now paying for the towing charge.Anyways, will come the day when I get my money back.
