“I have been going to this AC&T since they located in Hancock. I come and go and most every time the employees are great. But today I had the pleasure of meeting Ethan, he's the cashier. Ethan was by far the most pleasant and efficient employee I've ever met there and possibly anywhere for as long as I remember. I was having a bad day, started out hitting a deer on 70 and other things just didn't go my way today. But when I stopped by AC&T everyone there was great but Ethan made me feel great by how much pride he took in doing a great friendly job. Thanks Ethan.”

“I've notied that the new policy is to card EVERYONE that buys Tobacco products from here ARE TO BE CARDED. Which that policy only stands for certain people. The night shift person this morning on November 19th, is not standing by that policy but she ALWAYS ask for my identification. Not understanding why the policy don't stand for EVERYBODY that frequents the store!!!”
“I have a horrible upper respiratory infection. My Dr. sent prescriptions to Walgreens in Berkeley Springs WV. I could not go to the store and get my medicine, so I was trying to get delivery. Kim in the pharmacy should be recognized for AMAZING service!!!! She answered numerous phone calls and continued to help me with such kindness and care. I did get my medications THANKS TO KIM!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!”

“Love this little spot. Subs are delicious. You can tell that it is well known, the lady working was very friendly, and several people walked in whom she knew by name. You can get everything that you could possibly need for your camping or cabin retreats. I would like to come here and try the ice cream and milkshakes . They also sell cute little trinkets and gifts to bring home .”
