We had a terrible experience at the Suncrest town center location, the lady working was very rude. We came to this location instead and Aric went above and beyond to help us out. We will only be coming to this location from now on

It's a great place when you are a new customer but wait until you want to upgrade your phone...it's a different story. No loyalty to current customers.
