Valley Falls Center was the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding. The reception building is immaculate. I had been to a wedding here two years ago, and I was amazed this time at all the upgrades. They are always improving the facility.
The outdoor chapel is so different and beautiful. It is set below the main building, and surrounded by woods, so minimal decoration is needed.
Communication with owners is excellent. They are responsive and professional.
I really cannot think of any negatives about this place. It is just beautiful.

The interior of the venue is nice. We used a caterer, so I cannot speak to the utility of the kitchen, but it looked clean. We were having a shower, not a wedding, so not all areas were unlocked, so I cannot speak to all areas, but the main hall is nice.
Our event was in the winter, and the venue did not plow the driveways or parking lot. The sidewalks were not cleared or salted either. We had a significant storm two days before, so the conditions at the venue were hazardous for guests (routes to the venue were clear).
Our caterer got stuck, and my father in law had to assist them. My husband, our fathers, and early guests shoveled and cleared the drive, lot, and sidewalks. My husband purchased a snowblower and salt. Without their efforts and significant expense, it would not have been safe for our guests to hold the event.
I made three attempts to contact the venue, they responded on the third. I didn't post a review until 2 messages were not responded to within a day each. So I did address my experience with the venue before reviewing.
The friend who organized the event requested and received a partial refund due to the unsafe conditions. I was offered a free event within the next year, but I have no use for an event, and was told that a comparable value of monetary compensation is not an option, even though my friend received monetary compensation. When I pointed this out, the representative for the venue stopped responding.
I was told that future winter events are cancelled after learning from this experience, so hopefully no one else finds themselves in this situation with this venue. I found the preparation and state of the venue to be unsatisfactory, as well as the refusal to compensate meaningfully for having to clear the snow ourselves to keep our guests safe, but the main hall is nice.

This wedding venue is SO GORGEOUS and only a short drive away from Fairmont, Grafton, and most importantly, Valley Falls State Park (pictured below)! The open air chapel is a short walk down a winding path from the reception and is such a unique feature to offer couples in this area. It boasts the perfect setting for saying “I do!” to your boo! The getting ready suite and reception space are both spacious and beautiful as well, though the reception space is a bit on the darker side lighting wise, so make sure your photographer is comfortable using flashes. There is also a large deck on the back side of the building that overlooks the chapel and can be used during cocktail hour. This place is definitely one of my favorite local wedding venues!

As a wedding photographer local to the Valley Falls Center I am absolutely thrilled to have this venue so close to home! Every inch of the venue is beautiful - from the bridal suite to the open-air chapel. The bright white and natural light allows each couple's design choices to stand out, and it makes for beautiful clean photographs too! My family rented this space for my bridal shower (June 2022), and it was absolutely perfect! The owners were wonderful to work with and answered any questions my parents had. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and setting everything up/taking down was super easy! My family and I would 100% recommend this event space!

Beautiful area. It had a patio looking down on the chapel. Some glass painted windows in chapel. Reception hall was big enough for @ least 50, with dance floor space.
