Called about a truck they had on the lot on a Monday and told them I would not be able to come look at it until Saturday. Made an appointment for Saturday. I was spam messaged on multiple occasions (8 times total in 5 days) even Saturday morning to ensure I was coming to look at it. I confirmed with their salesperson Alex Saturday morni mg, and I made the trip. When I arrived, truck was up on a lift in their service building with the cooling system gutted and enough frame rust to question if it could even pass a wv inspection (2020 model). I couldn’t even look at it/test drive since the truck was apart. When they had called on Friday, I even specifically said to Alex to let me know if something were to come up so I don’t waste over a 2 hour drive to look at it. Very unprofessional and will no longer do business with this dealership. I do appreciate the one salesman that put gas in my vehicle for the drive….

They have had our 2015 Silverado for over a month. Keep extending it 2 weeks when was told only 2 weeks it would have taken. When WE call they extend and have more excuses. Never again with them!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased all of my cars from toothman for years. When I purchased my newest vehicle my check engine light came on 2 weeks later. I brought it to my mechanic and he scanned it and said that it might something in the fuel system but said it was likely a fluke bc Toothman was good and would've e caught. If it came back on to take it too them immediately. About a month and half later it did and I immediately brought it to Toothman. They told me they wanted & $180 just to "look" at my car and tell me what was wrong with it. When I told them that was crazy and that I just bought it from them, they said "no, you bought it 2 months ago and we dont like profanity"
Absolutely nothing I said was profanity. I said "crazy" and I said that I have purchased every vehicle Ive owned from them and I never thought they had this kind of buisness.
I should have known when I made the appt to buy my car and thought I made it with a salesman but made it with a call center. Toothman Ford is no longer a reliable Mom and Pop local dealership you can trust. They just pump out poor quality and over charge.

They got back to me let's me know they value me as a customer.for nearly 25 years. I explained why I wanted to trade and they seatched until they found the perfect fit. There was a problem with the back up camera and they made special arrangements to take care of it immediately.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. I really don't like the process of auto purchases but they made me comfortable and I actually enjoyed it. Tyler Steven's answered all of my questions and was happy to show me every truck I was interested in. I was not pressured in any way and I did purchase a truck. The whole process was very smooth and easy. I will recommend Toothman Ford to my friends and family. And I will be returning to them for my future auto purchases. Debbie Dadisman
