Phil goes above and beyond for his customers. If I stop in with an emergency issue, he figures out how to squeeze me in as quickly as possible to keep my family safe. He's always understaffed and always completely loaded down with vehicles to fix but he finds time to help everyone that he can.

Phil is an awesome guy, honest and hard working. He has not only done my tires but has worked on my truck many times. He has a great group of mechanics working there with him. I highly recommend!

This just came up asking if I wanted to review this place. I was traveling thru Grafton about a monyh ago and had a tire light come on and when I Googled, this was the closest tire store with good reviews so I stopped in. The man was very helpful and put air in my tire and assured me that if it seemed to hold air, that I'd be safe to get back to my home town tire shop to get it looked at in depth. This tire store is right along Route 50 where cars back up when the light turns red but he was very nice and after asking which direction I was going, he stood watch, stopping the cars until I could back out and be on my way.

Had another place tell us our rack n pinion was going out (expensive fix). Turns out that was fine and our ball joint broke and when car fell it snapped the axle! Had it towed to Phil's and they had our car back in top shape in a very timely manner and told us our rack n pinion was fine!! I highly recommend this place!
