It is a clean store and the people are nice but prices are to high these are yard sale items and should be priced that way I can go to Walmart and buy new tshirts and other things cheaper

WOW! This is the absolute best Goodwill I have ever been in! The inside is beautiful clean and organized. I always like seeing the new displays.The staff is really friendly and seem to really enjoy their job! It isn't like any other thrift store I've been in! Other Goodwills could take some notes from this one! Looking forward to my 10% off coupon!

The employees are always friendly and willing to help. The manager Mary is a great role model for her staff. She praises them for their hard work and seems to be eager to teach them or answer questions.I was waited on by a young man named Braxton a few days ago, he was friendly and professional in helping me with my transaction.I believe a store such as Goodwill relies on teamwork to operate smoothly. Grafton WV Goodwill is a great example of team work.

I would have rated this higher, but disappointed to find out the store manager Melissa was fired. It's such a shame. I felt out of all the Goodwill stores; this by far was the most clean, managed, and organized. You felt like the employees cared about helping you. I live in Morgantown and the ones here are unorganized, dirty, and hardly can find the workers working. I would travel to Grafton just to visit Goodwill. Getting rid of a good team leader doesn't show good on your company. Therefore I will not shop at another Goodwill. Do better!

First time there 7/16/22 WALK in surprise so clean very friendly and everything was so neat and place on shelves. No dust or grease on stuff and room to walk very clean bathrooms just couldn't belive this. Will b back the other goodwill stirs are so dirty nothing is wash or clean or dusted off always stuff here and there. My best Frei end took me Saturday and I got alot things I would rather drive extra miles to this place thank you all for being so friendly and they even help taking stuff to car

Very Nice Store! Clean, items are displayed well, Employees are all very friendly and helpful! One of the nicer Goodwill stores in the area!

It was pretty good. The employees are so nice and helpful. But one thing, there's not very much nice stuff anymore. Some things I saw should have been put in the garbage. And price tags &/or clear plastic tape are put on items and when you go to take them off it ruins a many things. ? So....then it not useful or ruins the look of it. And then becomes trash! ?

Best Goodwill I have ever been to! They are clean, organized, and get new product all the time. Finding color of the week deals are always the best. They also have senior discounts on Monday and other discounts throughout the week.
