I LOVE GOING TO THIS POST OFFICE! I was a little worried leaving a great state and location in Southaven, MS because they are always so very professional, but this location is right up there with the Southaven location. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Tried to mail a document to Germany. The first time I did this I wasn't required to fill out any customs forms and the person in Germany received their package without any issue. This time I was told I had to fill out a customs form and they gave me the incorrect form to fill out. If you work at the post office you ought to know which destinations require customs forms and which form is the correct one to give to the sender. Will be mailing from a different location from now on.

Have tried going in on Saturday mornings when the door says they are opened, but they are not. Have lost a few different packages of mine, and are little to no help in the recovery of lost items due to their own mistakes.

The lines can be a pain in the mornings. Best not to try if you're late for work or an appointment. Employees are helpful, but customers can be a pain. It's always stereotyped as the other way around, but most post offices aren't like that. As in to say, they're not DMVs. ;) It's not a perfect post office, but it's more organized than the one near me and others I've been to.
