“This company went above and beyond! While out of town, on vacation, our rental van had issues and broke down. DTE Towing was sent out to pick up the vehicle. Unfortunately, another towing company near by got news that the vehicle needed to be picked up and jumped on it prior to DTE Towing getting there. The vehicle was in the parking lot and the other company took it without my permission. So I was shocked when Christopher from DTE Towing called me back to say he was there and he couldn’t find the van. He was patient, kind, respectful, and professional. He waited while the manager, at the hotel, and I reviewed the recorded footage of the parking lot to determine where the van had gone. It was all figured out eventually. I can’t say enough good about DTE Towing!!! Call them if you need a tow; you won’t be disappointed! Thank you DTE Towing!!! God bless!”
“Will and Tyler did great jobs moving my car. We were on vacation when my car wouldn’t start at a rest stop. Will got me, my wife, and son to my first location and settled into a hotel for the night. The next day, Tyler and I had a great conversation prior to towing my car to a dealership an hour away the next day. Kudos to two great guys!”
“If you need a nice car and have maybe not such a great past with car buying or credit issues this is the place for you. My wife and I got a jeep from them and even when JD Byrider tried to get us a ride it was way out of down payment range for us. He got us approved over the phone and got us in the car that afternoon even helped find cheaper insurance. Love love love this place and the guy is my kind of people!”

I was informed other place 5-8hrs for labor charges. Laxtons was more than reasonable getting me scheduled and repaired. “Great experience when car was hit in parking lot (bumber and side needed work). Showed up during business hours and within 15 minutes I had a got a quote and booked a time to have the work done the following week. Dropped car off and ready exactly when quoted 2 days later. Work was great. Quoted price was a bit over what insurance had preapproved on the claim. They worked directly with my insurance to deal with the difference. I just paid my deductible when I collected the car and that was it.”
