“This company went above and beyond! While out of town, on vacation, our rental van had issues and broke down. DTE Towing was sent out to pick up the vehicle. Unfortunately, another towing company near by got news that the vehicle needed to be picked up and jumped on it prior to DTE Towing getting there. The vehicle was in the parking lot and the other company took it without my permission. So I was shocked when Christopher from DTE Towing called me back to say he was there and he couldn’t find the van. He was patient, kind, respectful, and professional. He waited while the manager, at the hotel, and I reviewed the recorded footage of the parking lot to determine where the van had gone. It was all figured out eventually. I can’t say enough good about DTE Towing!!! Call them if you need a tow; you won’t be disappointed! Thank you DTE Towing!!! God bless!”

On my cannonball trip to Traverse City, Michigan from Raleigh and back, broke down right outside of Beckley, WV pulling a 5th wheel RV. Good luck was on my side and I found these guys via Google. After a little convincing, because they were very busy, they fit me right away knowing my situation. Were even able to accommodate me with my 5th wheel RV. “Bought my daughter a Stacyc bike back in the Spring here. Awesome bike btw! The service here is friendly and with a good attitude! We brought the bike back for service (my 8 ur old daughters is rough on it lol) for the rear tire. The tube and tire separated and it was not a job I wanted to do it being on the rear because of all the electric stuff that needs to be removed. They said no problem and have it back to you tomorrow by close. Sure enough did and with no charge!!!! Just a smile and asked for a google review so here it is guys!!!!”

“Great experience when car was hit in parking lot (bumber and side needed work). Showed up during business hours and within 15 minutes I had a got a quote and booked a time to have the work done the following week. Dropped car off and ready exactly when quoted 2 days later. Work was great. Quoted price was a bit over what insurance had preapproved on the claim. They worked directly with my insurance to deal with the difference. I just paid my deductible when I collected the car and that was it.”
