“I got a new credit card and made my first payment in the amount of $290.11. My credit card company placed a hold on my card for 15 days and they said in order to release that prior to the 15 days that I had to have something sent from my bank showing my name the last four digits of my checking account that my account is in good standing and a whole bunch of other stuff ultimately showing that the payment had cleared my account. I had planned to spend the day in Beckley but my home branch is in Bluefield. It is only 8:30 in the morning in their drive-through had just opened the lobby was not even open. I drove through and ask the ladies what I could do and without hesitation she asked me what information she needed to send who she needed to send it to and took care of me via the drive-thru! ♡♡♡ Summit Bank is just amazing all the way around. I always know that I can count on them whatever Branch might be close to me to have my back and take care of my banking needs. They genuinely feel more like friends and family than just a bank. “OK, first off I don’t understand why this bank gets such a low point scale. Must be some salty people that walk in there and take their lives out on the bank people lol true. First off the guy in there Zeke is the best he not only can help you out in anyway possible, but he is also a notary public, which really helped me out. I’ve been in Beckley five months and have this bank and I am extremely happy with them. I’m from a big city with big banks and this bank is just as good maybe be better more personable.”
