“I always come here, and they seem like they’re quick polite and on it. But on this particular day, they seem distracted not with it. I, had a low front tire And when I left it was still low. I seen one of the gentleman grab the air to fill the tires, but apparently did not. I was there on June 11 of 2024 at 2:53 PM. I always come here because usually they are on it and quick and polite. I will give them another chance bc they deserve that. Thanks”

“I am on my way to Pittsburgh for a meeting. I enjoy driving. I knew my tire tread was getting on the low side but i thought the tires had one more trip in them…then i started hydroplaning. I called NTB in St Clairsville and told them i was heading their way. They had me back on the road fast. Thank you NTB!”
“I recently had to get tires for a Cadillac CTS ( the granddaughters) and of course they (Zack) had exactly what I wanted. While I was there I figured I’d ask the impossible, Zack was so helpful. I told him what I didn’t like about the tires on my Subaru ( I just bought it a couple of months ago) and would like to change the width, which on an all wheel drive car can be tricky, and Zack says “give me a minute! Long story short, I left with the best tires I could ever find at a size that is “perfect “!!! And the price was awesome!Thanks Zack!!!”

“They are super super fast and so nice!! You drive up and it’s like 5 minutes or less they are done!! It’s amazing!! I’ll never have to sit and wait 30 minutes or more in a lobby waiting for my oil change!! You just sit in your car and BOOM it’s done!! Owner is super SUPER nice too!! “I need 4 tires put on like yesterday thankfully at 6 am I went on the website and starting searching for a trusted shop! Monroe popped up and I was like yes this is perfect read all the reviews and decided this is where I trust to put on my tires made my appointment for 11 that day! It was pretty much 11-3 I received a call around 3 that is was done!!! WHICH GRANTED THEY WERE COMPLETELY SLAMMED AND IM UNDERSTANDING AT THE END OF THE DAY 4 NEW TIRES PUT ON THAT I BOUGHT IN ADVANCE AND ALIGNMENT AND THEY TOOK MY TIRES FOR 5 A PIECE. AND SOME OTHET THINGS! TOTAL 153 NOT BAD IF I SAY SO MYSELF! ALSO THEY WERE VERY GENROUS!”

“Took the car in to have them check for an oil leak...none found. But since I was in, I asked for a general check up and oil change. They said I didn't need the tires rotated and everything else was fine, including the brakes. When I looked at the bill, the labor was less than 20% of the parts cost. And believe me, they took their time and went over everything! Trust just isn't enough to describe how thet treat their customers. Does that make sense?”
“The service here was stellar. Nick was very friendly and helpful. My car broke down on a Sunday as I was passing through and they had me out by lunch the next day. They had to wait on a part or they might have gotten me back on the road the same day. I would easily recommend this location to anyone.”

“Jerry is an honest mechanic! I’m from NY & didn’t know any1 in the area but got recommended by a worker at Advance Auto Parts (1000 National Road next to the pizza spot)
Jerry is helpful, fair priced and doesn’t take advantage of the fact that you’re a woman (a lot of mechanics rip us females off). 1 other spot in the area tried to tell me I needed things fixed that I didn’t actually need…for hundreds of dollars of course & another spot ignored me, in person and on the phone while never calling me back twice, after saying they would. So Jerry treats you like a human being as it should be!
I appreciated him for the time I was there & even though I live in another state, when I called him to ask a question about something he told me a year ago lol he gave me the answers/advice with no issue (and no charge haha) he’s always helping out regardless. They don’t make ‘em like this anymore!”

“Went here for a quick fix bungee for my bike. Knowing they don’t mess with dirt bikes it was still worth a shot. Told the guy what I needed it for, he threw me a strap and told me to hit the trail. Doesn’t sound like much, but, most people or places wouldn’t even bother to help. Saved my day to go ride. That gesture alone is enough for me to keep supporting them. Not to mention it’s where I get my VP!”
