I ordered flowers from the website for my best friends service. I ordered a specific bunch from their website. I live in Orlando & couldn't be at the service. I received pics of the flowers & they were definitely not what I ordered. I'm certainly dissatisfied with them. They also did not put my name on the card. I specifically typed what message I wanted on the card & the names. If they can't handle 1 simple bunch of flowers with the correct names, I suggest not doing business with them. But, they were very happy to charge my credit card.

Very nice ,friendly , clean upscale environment and the prices are not bad either.
