now on my third card with this bank account because someone was able to “use my chip” at a location i don’t even live near. every time i’ve called to try and get some help with theft or any security they could care less. how does a bank, that’s supposed to have ALL my money, not care at all about fraud? or protecting their customers money?

The branch manager in 2021 made a personal decision, not a banking decision, that affected me adversely. He should have been fired for his unethical behavior for which I have proof of!!
