I hate to complain over small things, but the lack of knowledge the employees have about their own store is astounding. I was told by 2 employees they didn’t offer document printing, even though it says online this location does. I saw on the kiosk that it says “business printing” and went to check it out. The employee followed and hovered over me saying “I mean you can scan it, but it will print on photo paper!” I asked if that was just for this location and was told Walgreens doesn’t offer that. They definitely did offer it, but it was awkward at that point so I went to the one down the road.
The Walgreens down the road did have document printing available through the “business printing” app, and it printed on 8.5x11 black and white paper, just like the website says..
It’s only a minor inconvenience to drive to another store, but if you don’t know the answer as an employee, just let me figure it out on the kiosk myself instead of hovering and making up stuff you don’t know.

The website states the store opens at 8am and I arrived at 825am and was told that their store hours changed today to 9am. I find that to be odd that it coincidentally changed today. Staff very rude. Hours nowhere posted at the store either.

Walked in with a friend who was shopping. I went to ask about masks at the pharmacy and i was pretty much barked at by the meanest woman i ever encountered there. She was downright nasty. I was polite, i dont understamd the nasty treatment. I will stick to my own store from now on. I wont be back.

I have never had a problem with them until now.I have been a wellness member for years and the computer says now we don’t have one ridiculous.So now I’ve lost all my points.so they say start a new one I don’t think so.Beware if your a wellness member you just may lose your stuff.give them a 0 Star!!!!!!

Went in around 11:30 am. Stood at the register for a couple minutes while no one was around to cash me out. Walk out the door to see the older lady with short brown hair and a blue sweater on over a blue shirt smoking right at the front door having a full conversation for a couple minutes with another lady. Great way to get sales!

Rude employees..couldnt get help to save my life..i will never come back here..western union NEVER works..no wonder the employees wont help nothing works and theres glass on the floor where im sitting waiting
