“I have been in the Advanced in Grafton several times in the past three weeks. I needed parts for a 1985 truck and a battery for a TYM Tractor. If I called and asked about a part they had it on the counter when I arrived. When I went in they went above and beyond to help me find the parts and supplies that I needed. I didn't need to search the store. I told them what I needed and they got it for me. This saved me a lot of time. Exceptional service.”
“NAPA is the best place for auto parts. If you can't find a part elsewhere then best chance is with NAPA, their books cover vehicles that are long forgotten. Workers are friendly and helpful. They don't install batteries or wipers but they have the quality parts”

“Excellent customer service from Eric, Parker, and Mike!!! We were travelling through WV back to Ontario, Canada when our truck died at 10 pm on a Saturday night with 2 little kids on board. These wonderful guys at AutoZone stayed open late and reopened the store to help us troubleshoot, and when it became obvious it needed major engine work which would be covered under our new vehicle warranty, Eric the manager, and Parker and Mike were kind enough to drive us and our children to a local hotel so we could stay the night and arrange a tow in the morning. Over the top amazing customer service - we were so appreciative of their helpfulness and kindness when we were stuck.”

“Have used T Body in the past several times. They just repaired my 2022 GMC Denali truck fixing right side of bed. The body repair was flawless, the paint matched perfectly. I am more than pleased.
The new thing this time was they text you pics and progress reports. The truck was done before the due date .

“Just had my daughters Toyota Camry windows done last week, in the past had my sons truck done and I've had a couple vehicles tinted there as well and have been pleased with all of them.
