Been trying to call this post office for days. The phone rings, a recorded speaker tells you they will connect you to a team member and then it rings one time and then a busy signal. Trying to retrieve a package from out of state that has been sent there by accident and no one can get a hold of them to fix it. Even the manager at my local post office and the 1 800 USPS representatives are unable to get this place to answer their phone. Whoever works here, if you're reading this, please get the phones fixed.....

They are getting sorry with delivery the site will tell you what you have coming in your daily delivery understand it could be later on for next day but a week later or sometimes never receive it! Just mark it as didn't receive and you might get it or might not don't know if it's the person on the route or they don't process it for delivery but your lucky to get it! Noticed some of mine ordered items I don't receive either and if you call they will tell you it's been delivered or have to wait till the carrier returns to get back with you and you never hear from them or once again it's days later. Having to contact the company you purchase from as they have to check into it for a refund or another item shipped by another carrier and you receive it! ' think the carrier is stealing and saying he delivered it',Lately I'm having trouble with my mail going to my neighbor's box and not mine glad to see my neighbors get to read my mail before I do as well as might get it days later as well! Need to organize the details delivery and if it's to much for the carriers then hire more assistance! Getting like the rest of the businesses and people in the world as they don't care nor look at it as I want more or you're getting poorly served! Work ethic isn't what it use to be. Also learn to shut the lids that's what they are put on for to protect the mail from weather and blowing halfway down the street! Do Better I know you can!

I look forward to visiting my friends at the post office. They are always finding new ways to make me smile. I've never left without the help that I needed. Super-friendly, courteous, patient and efficient service.

I was told to put up mail box and address on door did .Had online orders coming which they sent back said no address.

The staff at the Fayetteville Post Office are the most friendly, helpful and patient I could imagine. They all work very hard and have been extremely helpful to me as I run a small business and am in there almost daily. I actually look forward to going in to run my errands there! Thanks for your great service!
