Pies & Pints - Fayetteville, WV
219 W Maple Ave, FayettevilleI am SO glad I decided to come here!
The location itself is cool and has a variety of seating, but both the food and service were incredible. The beer selection is great, the ceasar salad was among the best I’ve ever had, and the white pizza with pepperoni was wonderful. My only regret is ordering too much without having a fridge to store things in since I’m camping.
I also want to shout out Cora as being an 11/10 server. She was so kind and friendly, was super knowledgeable about the place, about town, and about the national park, and she went out of her way to answer any questions people had about the area. Seriously one of the best servers I’ve ever had!

The Handle Bar + Kitchen
8263 Gatewood Rd, FayettevilleMy husband and I stopped in for dinner while visiting Fayetteville. We ate on the deck overlooking the pump track and goat pen and it was quiet, but I'll bet they are busy during the day. I had a bean burrito with additions of jalapenos and sour cream at the recommendation of the cook/cashier; my husband had tacos. Both were tasty. The fryer was not working so we didn't have chips, but our detailed receipt showed we were charged for chips on my husband's order (that charge and the charges for my extras were not displayed on the screen when we checked out, so be sure to check the details). We were compensated by a discount on a chocolate cake slice which was delicious. The cashier was friendly and patient while my husband looked for a beer he had not had. I did receive a sticker for my review, but this is an honest account of my experience and I would go back again to eat and visit the bike shop if it's open.
