The Doctor and staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable. My two senior Chihuahua mixes have been patients here for a few years now. I highly recommend Mountain State Veterinary Services.

Our last visit was not satisfactory. The veterinarian was more concerned with me wearing a face mask than she was with making sure our dogs received the proper vaccinations and medications. After repeatedly telling her that we travel with our pets we left there without them getting Kennel cough shots (I didn't realized this until I was reviewing my receipt with my husband at home) or even a mention of heartworm medication. In years past I have highly recommended this practice. Never again.

It's all about money. They are still using covid as a reason for not letting you go in with your pet. They don't listen to you about what is going on with your pet. They misdiagnosed my dog. Said she had ringworm n she actually had hyperthyroidism. She suffered for months bc of being misdiagnosed
